Linus Connection volunteers have made and donated 88,000 quilts since 1999!
Our special Birthday meeting was back in person for 2021 and included gorgeous quilts and blankets made by our amazing volunteers for our 17th Challenge, a Silent Auction, Fat Quarter & Book Sale, door prizes, and more!
We welcomed special guest Sandi representing the WIC program, shared updates with our members, and generally had a lovely time seeing everyone under one roof. If you made it out, thank you for coming, and if not, we hope to see you next time!
St. Philip's UMC generously hosts The Linus Connection each month. We asked our volunteers to help fill their Food Pantry donation box and they came through with flying colors!

We had two fundraiser sales at our 22nd Birthday Celebration. For the first time ever, Fat Quarter Bundles (6 for $5) as well as Books & Patterns for $1. Books, Patterns & Fat Quarter sales raised $661 in donations! The 2021 Silent Auction raised $3686, $433 more than our last Silent Auction in 2019! We received an additional $740 in donations!

Thank you to everyone who donated items, especially Hobbs Bonded Fibers for two rolls of their wonderful 80/20 Heirloom Batting, and those wonderful individuals who donated items both large and small, baskets, and more, all to support our non-profit. Every single donation makes this happen!
Thanks also go out to Jennifer for organizing, and huge thanks to Sarah, Sheryl, Carol, Kimberly, Paula, & Eileen for helping build 60 Silent Auction Baskets and Suzanne for helping us push through to the end!

♥♥ VIEWER'S CHOICE♥♥
Volunteers and visitors alike had the opportunity to see all of our beautiful Challenge Quilts & Yarn Blankets and to cast their votes for favorites in three categories:
Yarn, Applique Quilts, & Pieced Quilts. There are two favorites chosen from each category. Viewer's Choice Yarn favorites took home Joann Fabric & Craft Gifts Cards.
Viewer's Choice Quilt favorites took home Honey Bee Quilt Store and Poppy Quilt & Sew gift cards, donated by the stores.
Our Quilt Challenge was sponsored by Timeless Treasures,
who donated the fabric for our wonderful quilts!
We also had Door Prizes donated by a number of wonderful donors!
