A Special Request
We have had a special request from long-time volunteer, and kitten foster mom Sharon K. to share that the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is in desperate need of foster families for kittens. For more information, contact the shelter via their website.

Pieced Quilt Backs
For those of you turning in quilt tops wider than 40" for quilting, please include a pieced back that is at least 4" wider and 4" longer than the top. It helps save our volunteer quilters a lot of time if they do not have to find backs wide enough for the larger tops. Complete blanket specifications are here.

Bring your sewing machine and supplies, crochet or knitting! We will have quilt kits, cutting stations and plenty of room to work! Keith will be on hand to help with crochet. We'll be there all day, so consider bringing your lunch. Snacks are also appreciated. Drinks are available for cash purchase at the Stitching Studio.
Special Project - Weighted Blankets
If you might be interested in helping making weighted blankets, please email Stephanie for details. She has been making these special request blankets herself and any help would be appreciated. Already donated your yarn? THANK YOU!
