The Linus Connection is a Central Texas 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to make and deliver handmade security blankets for children in crisis situations in our area. The blankets go to children in hospital emergency rooms, in crisis centers, in foster care, battered women's shelters, to any child who is in need of a little extra security in their lives.
The Linus Connection has surpassed the 50,000 mark in donated blankets. Congrats to long-time and prolific volunteer Suzanne Cooper who donated the 50,000th blanket!

It's that time of year again! We are in full swing collecting camp quilts! Please remember that the camp facilities can only accept quilts because yarn and fleece blankets like leaves and twigs a bit too much! During Camp Quilt collection, we will continue to provide quilts, yarn and fleece blankets for distribution to our usual recipient other facilities. Camp quilts need are larger sizes for school-aged children, ages 7 - 17. Thank you to everyone that donates every month and for helping to make camp quilt donations possible!

Make a donation to Linus and show Jennifer a copy of your receipt for a chance to win the Harry Potter-themed bookcase quilt above (emailed receipts are accepted). Click here for details! Winner will receive a finished quilt.
Jennifer would also like to invite you to share Stars for Linus hosted by Sewhooked!
